WHAT DOESN'T MATTER?

NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR
If you look carefully, you will probably see a lot of normal wear and tear throughout the house. This is the way it is unless you buy a brand new house. If the house was an antique, they would call the wear and tare "charm"! "Remember that the perfect house doesn't exist, if it did, we probably couldn't afford it."

BEING IN A STRANGE, NEW PLACE
You won't be left on your own after you move in. There are plenty of good tradespeople to help you take care of your home. Your Home Inspector should be able to advise you if you are getting mixed signals from the repair companies. Just pick up the phone. A reputable Home Inspector will be glad to give you advise after the purchase.

"TRUE STORY"
When my wife Lorraine and I bought our first house we left the mortgage closing with enough money to split a cup of coffee.
"Because of the pride of ownership I have never enjoyed being broke so much."
