My goal is to help reduce the stress level of buying a home, make the
process simple and be a positive learning experience.

For over a decade, which I have been guiding buyers
through the technical aspects of their new homes, I have observed three
distinct trends:

- Increasing complexity of the modern home.
- A growing compulsion among homebuyers to do the right thing for
their families.
- There are more environmental tests being done as part of the
inspection process.

Together these three trends have taken much
of the fun out of buying a new home and have confused and discouraged
buyers.

With this information I try to put things into
perspective by answering commonly asked questions. After getting
feedback from over 8,000 home inspections, I feel qualified to do this
on your behalf.
